By participating in Movsta Aviation simulator training, trainees consent to occasional photography and videography for program documentation, graduation announcements, and website educational archives. No compensation is payable for lawful media use.

Aviation medical certificates are treated with elevated security protocols. Only chief flight instructors and regulatory liaison officers have access to medical verification documents.
Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Odisha, India.
