Refund
Policy.
This Refund Policy applies to all trainees of the Type Rating Simulator Training Program (fixed-base simulator and full flight simulator training) organized by Movsta Technology Private Limited. By making any payment toward the Program, trainees fully acknowledge and accept this policy.
All training fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances and at every stage of the Program.
Once a payment is made toward the Program, the associated resources — simulator capacity, instructor time, reserved bay slots, and regulatory coordination — are committed. No refunds, reimbursements, transfers, adjustments, credits, postponements, or carry-forwards of simulator hours shall be provided unless explicitly approved in writing by Movsta Technology Private Limited at its sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Circumstances.
The training fee shall be strictly non-refundable at every stage, including but not limited to the situations below.
Application submission & processing fee
Enrollment confirmation & slot reservation
Simulator bay slot allocation (FBS & FFS)
Documentation review & eligibility vetting
FBS sessions — attended or missed
FFS sessions — attended or missed
Medical certificate expiry, suspension, or non-renewal
Pilot license suspension, revocation, or lapse
Personal inability or schedule conflicts of trainee
Employer or airline cadet sponsorship withdrawal
Failure to pass internal assessments or CA-40 check
Withdrawal by Trainee.
If a candidate voluntarily leaves or withdraws from the program for any reason (including personal relocation, family matters, medical concerns, or alternate career opportunities), no portion of the paid training fee shall be reimbursed or refunded.
No Transfers or Hour Carry-Forwards.
Simulator hours allocated to a specific candidate cannot be transferred to another pilot, swapped between different aircraft types, or carried forward into future training batches unless approved through formal written authorization under exceptional operational circumstances.
Why Fees Are Non-Recoverable.
Level D Full Flight Simulators represent high-capital, multi-million dollar aviation assets. Slots are reserved on an exclusive block basis, and simulator centers, certified TRI/SFI instructors, and technical support teams are committed weeks in advance. A cancelled slot cannot be re-sold on short notice.
Type Rating Certification Outcome
Movsta Aviation provides the approved training syllabus and simulator hours. The ultimate issuance of a type rating endorsement rests entirely with the Civil Aviation Authority (DGCA/EASA/FAA) based on independent skill test performance. Regulatory delays or exam failures do not create refund entitlements.
Loss of Medical or Flight Privileges
Should a pilot suffer a lapse or medical disqualification during their training schedule, Movsta will make reasonable efforts to reschedule remaining simulator blocks subject to bay availability, but no cash refund shall be disbursed.
Force Majeure & Facility Maintenance
In the event of manufacturer-mandated simulator maintenance, utility blackouts, extreme weather events, or civil restrictions, Movsta will arrange replacement simulator sessions at the earliest operational window. Such disruptions do not trigger refund liabilities.
