Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions govern enrollment and participation in Type Rating Simulator Training Programs conducted by Movsta Aviation Private Limited, including fixed-base simulator (FBS) familiarization training and full flight simulator (FFS) training for specific commercial aircraft types (Boeing 737, Airbus A320, ATR 72, B777, A350 families). By submitting an application, paying any fee, or attending any session, the Trainee agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
Program Nature & Training Purpose.
Type rating training using fixed-base and full flight simulators replicating commercial aircraft flight characteristics.
Movsta Aviation Private Limited provides type rating training using fixed-base simulators (FBS) and Level D full flight simulators (FFS). Training is intended to prepare licensed pilots to safely operate specific aircraft types in airline operations.
Training progresses through FBS (systems, procedural flows, panel memorization) and FFS (motion-based flight dynamics, turbulence, abnormal and emergency scenarios).
Completion of training does not guarantee regulatory endorsement, DGCA license endorsement, or airline employment. Final endorsement is issued at the discretion of the regulatory authority following successful CA-40 skill test assessment.
Eligibility & Application.
Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment. Movsta Aviation reserves sole discretion to evaluate and approve candidates based on license validity, medical fitness, and simulator slot availability. Applicants are responsible for providing authentic, valid documentation.
The training fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances and at every stage. Once a simulator slot is reserved and assigned, significant fixed operational costs (equipment capacity, instructor roster, center licensing) are incurred.
Non-refundable scenarios include: withdrawal by candidate, medical certificate suspension or lapse, license revocation, visa denial, airline sponsorship changes, failure to pass regulatory checks, or disciplinary termination.
Payment Milestones & Deadlines
Trainees must adhere strictly to agreed payment milestones. Failure to complete fee installments prior to scheduled simulator blocks may result in immediate suspension of slot reservations without refund.
Licensing & Verification
Trainees must submit verified copies of Indian CPL/ATPL, Class 1 Medical, FRTOL, RTR (Aero), and logbook endorsements. Any lapse in medical or multi-engine currency during the training window must be disclosed immediately.
Communication
Trainees must maintain prompt responsiveness to scheduling rosters and official briefings via email, phone, and portal.
Cancellation
Movsta reserves the right to terminate candidature for misconduct, false credentials, safety violations, or persistent failure to meet standard flight profiles.
Regulatory Scope
Movsta provides simulator training. Regulatory skill checks (CA-40) are conducted by DGCA-designated examiners whose assessments are independent.
Scheduling
Simulator slots, briefing sequences, and instructor rosters are managed by operations based on maintenance calibrations and regulatory compliance.
Conduct & Safety
Trainees must exhibit highest standards of airmanship, cockpit discipline, and respect for flight training center infrastructure.
Medical Fitness
Motion-based full flight simulators generate significant physical acceleration. Trainees must declare vestibular or cardiovascular issues prior to FFS blocks.
Events Beyond Control
Movsta Aviation shall not be liable for training delays or disruptions arising from acts of God, extreme weather grounding travel, manufacturer-mandated simulator grounding, utility blackouts, or government airspace/training restrictions.
Excluded Claims
Under no circumstances shall Movsta Aviation be liable for indirect, consequential, or career-related damages, loss of airline employment offers, or opportunity costs. Maximum aggregate liability is strictly limited to the actual training fees received.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or arbitration proceeding shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Odisha, India.
Binding Confirmation
By submitting your induction booking or remitting training deposits, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all 16 clauses of these Terms & Conditions without qualification.
